Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all paid services offered by Fintrix at fintrixz.xyz, including subscription plans and pay-as-you-go wallet top-ups. All payments are processed through Razorpay.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation does not result in immediate loss of access — you can continue using premium features until the paid period expires.
- After the subscription period ends, your account will revert to the free tier with limited features.
3. Subscription Refunds
- Within 7 days of purchase: If you are not satisfied with the subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- After 7 days: Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase/renewal will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a pro-rated refund or credit at our discretion.
- Refunds are not available if the subscription has been extensively used or if the cancellation is due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
4. Pay-As-You-Go Wallet
- Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credits have been consumed (i.e., used for AI chat or other pay-per-use features).
- Unused credits: If you have unused wallet credits and wish to request a refund, you may do so within 30 days of the top-up. Refunds for unused credits will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable processing fees.
- Wallet credits do not expire but are non-transferable between accounts.
5. How to Request a Refund

Please include your registered email address, transaction ID (if available), and the reason for your refund request. We aim to respond within 3-5 business days.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method through Razorpay.
- The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is declined, the subscription or wallet top-up will not be activated. No charges will apply for failed transactions. If an amount is debited but the service is not activated, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue or process a full refund.

We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
