Fintrix provides an AI-powered trading decision intelligence platform that includes:

• Simulated trading environment with virtual portfolio management.
• AI mentor chat for trading guidance and analysis.
• Trading tools including calculators, portfolio analysis, and trade insights.
• Gamification features such as challenges, leaderboards, and achievements.
• Community features for discussion and collaboration.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in using Google OAuth to access the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Wallet

• Subscription Plans: We offer subscription-based access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly/annually) as selected by you at the time of purchase.
• Pay-As-You-Go Wallet: You may top up a wallet balance to use AI chat and other pay-per-use features. Wallet credits are non-transferable and are consumed based on usage.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

Fintrix is a decision intelligence and educational tool. The Platform does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading within the Platform is simulated using virtual funds. Any AI-generated insights or analysis are for educational and informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any real-world investment decisions. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred based on your use of the Platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Platform.
• Scrape, data-mine, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and AI models — are the exclusive property of Fintrix and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
