What are AI credits?

AI credits are used whenever you interact with Finny (AI mentor), run trade analysis, or use any AI-powered feature. Different features cost different credits — Finny Quick (1 credit), Finny Standard (2 credits), Finny Advanced (15 credits), Trade Analysis (4 credits), and Portfolio Analysis (4 credits).

What happens when I run out of credits?

You can top up your wallet anytime with additional credits. Pro subscribers get discounted top-up rates. Your purchased credits never expire.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. Subscriptions can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Unused wallet credits are refundable within 30 days. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
